Graduation threshold
The graduation thresholds for the Department of Horticulture and Biotechnology are as follows:
1. Off-campus horticultural internship: students are required to score over 75 out of 100 points in their internship evaluation.
In addition, there are two alternative options for off-campus horticultural internships. However, students can only apply for these alternative options if they are not approved for the off-campus internship. The alternatives are as follows:
(1) Participating in and presenting research at an academic symposium or poster competition.
(2) Completing 100 hours of diversified services for the Department of Horticulture and Biotechnology. This includes either (A) assisting in the development, production, and related tasks of departmental products, or (B) conducting laboratory research projects.
By completing any one of the three conditions mentioned above, students can meet the graduation threshold requirements for the Department of Horticulture and Biotechnology.
